Each product listed on the website dawoodkhantailor.com is 100% Original. Every product goes through extensive Quality Check before it is dispatched.

We follow a “Return with Exchange or Store Credit Only (No Refunds)” policy. This helps us deliver the very best and latest in fashion.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only.
No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability, incomplete/damaged product, or other reasons. Customers will be notified with the reason.

Exchange & Return

Return Window: Customers may request a return/exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Sale/discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for return or exchange.
Returns for “change of mind” will not be accepted.
Issues such as minor misprints, beads/sequins coming off, shade differences, or fabric inconsistencies are not considered defects.
Products must be returned in original condition, original packaging, with invoice.
If a return is approved, the customer can opt for an exchange or store credit valid for 6 months.
In case of damaged or wrong items, we will cover shipping charges for both dispatch and return. (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.)
Customers must email us at info@dawoodkhantailors.com within 24–48 hours of receiving the product to request a return. A confirmation email will be provided with return instructions.

Product details (weight, colour, handwork, size, etc.) are approximate. Variations may occur due to fabric dye, weather, photography, or monitor settings.
Apparel with embellishments (beads, sequins, tassels) may lose pieces even with careful handling. This is a normal occurrence, not a defect.
